Regulamin strony internetowej shipeiro.com

Obowiązuje od: 7 października 2026 r.

§ 1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony internetowej dostępnej pod adresem https://shipeiro.com (dalej: „Strona”) oraz rodzaje i warunki świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną za jej pośrednictwem.
  2. Właścicielem Strony i usługodawcą jest Shipeiro P.S.A. z siedzibą w Radomiu, ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego 6/10, 26-600 Radom, KRS 0001202518, NIP 7963042131, REGON 543092912 (dalej: „Usługodawca”).
  3. Kontakt z Usługodawcą: administracja@shipeiro.com.
  4. Regulamin jest regulaminem, o którym mowa w art. 8 ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną. Jest udostępniany nieodpłatnie na Stronie w sposób umożliwiający jego pobranie, utrwalenie i wydrukowanie.
  5. Użytkownikiem jest każda osoba korzystająca ze Strony.
  6. Regulamin dotyczy wyłącznie Strony. Korzystanie z platformy Shipeiro (oprogramowania udostępnianego klientom) odbywa się na podstawie odrębnych umów i regulaminów.

§ 2. Rodzaj i zakres usług

  1. Za pośrednictwem Strony Usługodawca świadczy nieodpłatnie następujące usługi:
    • udostępnianie treści Strony do przeglądania, w tym informacji o Usługodawcy, jego rozwiązaniach oraz projektach współfinansowanych ze środków Unii Europejskiej,
    • formularz kontaktowy umożliwiający przesłanie wiadomości do Usługodawcy.
  2. Korzystanie ze Strony nie wymaga rejestracji ani założenia konta.

§ 3. Wymagania techniczne

  1. Do korzystania ze Strony potrzebne są: urządzenie z dostępem do Internetu oraz aktualna przeglądarka internetowa z włączoną obsługą JavaScript i plików cookies.
  2. Do skorzystania z formularza kontaktowego potrzebny jest dodatkowo aktywny adres e-mail.
  3. Korzystanie z usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną wiąże się z typowymi zagrożeniami sieci Internet (np. złośliwe oprogramowanie, phishing). Usługodawca zaleca korzystanie z aktualnego oprogramowania i programu antywirusowego.

§ 4. Zawarcie i rozwiązanie umowy

  1. Umowa o świadczenie usługi przeglądania treści zostaje zawarta z chwilą wejścia na Stronę i ulega rozwiązaniu z chwilą jej opuszczenia.
  2. Umowa o świadczenie usługi formularza kontaktowego zostaje zawarta z chwilą wysłania wiadomości i ulega rozwiązaniu z chwilą udzielenia odpowiedzi lub zakończenia korespondencji.
  3. Użytkownik może w każdej chwili zaprzestać korzystania ze Strony bez podawania przyczyny i bez ponoszenia kosztów.

§ 5. Zasady korzystania ze Strony

  1. Użytkownik zobowiązany jest korzystać ze Strony zgodnie z prawem, Regulaminem i dobrymi obyczajami.
  2. Zabronione jest dostarczanie treści o charakterze bezprawnym, w szczególności przesyłanie przez formularz kontaktowy treści naruszających prawa osób trzecich, niezamówionych informacji handlowych oraz złośliwego oprogramowania.
  3. Zabronione jest podejmowanie działań mogących zakłócić działanie Strony, w tym prób obchodzenia jej zabezpieczeń i automatycznego wysyłania formularza.
  4. Formularz kontaktowy jest chroniony mechanizmami antyspamowymi. Usługodawca może ograniczyć liczbę wiadomości wysyłanych z jednego adresu IP oraz pozostawić bez odpowiedzi wiadomości zakwalifikowane jako spam.

§ 6. Własność intelektualna

  1. Treści zamieszczone na Stronie, w szczególności teksty, grafiki, logo, nazwa „Shipeiro” oraz układ Strony, podlegają ochronie prawnej i przysługują Usługodawcy lub podmiotom, które udzieliły mu stosownych uprawnień.
  2. Użytkownik może korzystać z treści Strony wyłącznie w zakresie dozwolonego użytku osobistego. Kopiowanie, rozpowszechnianie lub inne wykorzystywanie treści w celach komercyjnych wymaga uprzedniej zgody Usługodawcy.
  3. Znaki i oznaczenia programów Funduszy Europejskich, Unii Europejskiej oraz instytucji publicznych są używane zgodnie z zasadami ich stosowania i należą do odpowiednich podmiotów.

§ 7. Charakter informacji i odpowiedzialność

  1. Treści zamieszczone na Stronie mają charakter informacyjny i nie stanowią oferty w rozumieniu art. 66 Kodeksu cywilnego. Warunki współpracy są każdorazowo ustalane indywidualnie.
  2. Dane liczbowe dotyczące efektów działania rozwiązań Shipeiro mają charakter poglądowy i nie stanowią zapewnienia osiągnięcia określonego rezultatu u konkretnego klienta.
  3. Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby Strona działała nieprzerwanie i była wolna od błędów, zastrzega jednak możliwość przerw technicznych związanych z konserwacją, aktualizacją lub przyczynami niezależnymi od niego.
  4. Usługodawca nie odpowiada za treść stron internetowych podmiotów trzecich, do których prowadzą odnośniki zamieszczone na Stronie.
  5. Postanowienia niniejszego paragrafu nie wyłączają ani nie ograniczają praw konsumentów oraz osób, do których stosuje się przepisy o konsumentach, wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

§ 8. Reklamacje

  1. Reklamacje dotyczące działania Strony można zgłaszać na adres administracja@shipeiro.com.
  2. Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać opis problemu oraz dane kontaktowe umożliwiające udzielenie odpowiedzi.
  3. Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamację w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania i przesyła odpowiedź na adres e-mail podany w zgłoszeniu.

§ 9. Dane osobowe

Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz stosowania plików cookies opisuje Polityka prywatności dostępna na Stronie.

§ 10. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu.
  2. Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególności w razie zmiany przepisów prawa lub zakresu usług dostępnych na Stronie. Zmieniony Regulamin obowiązuje od dnia jego opublikowania na Stronie.
  3. Konsument może skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów rozpatrywania reklamacji i dochodzenia roszczeń, w tym z pomocy miejskiego lub powiatowego rzecznika konsumentów. Usługodawca nie zobowiązuje się do korzystania z pozasądowego rozwiązywania sporów.
  4. W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności Kodeksu cywilnego oraz ustawy o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.

Terms & Conditions of the shipeiro.com website

Effective from: 7 October 2026

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at https://shipeiro.com (the “Website”) and the types and conditions of services provided by electronic means through it.
  2. The owner of the Website and the service provider is Shipeiro P.S.A. with its registered office in Radom, ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego 6/10, 26-600 Radom, Poland, KRS 0001202518, NIP (tax ID) 7963042131, REGON 543092912 (the “Service Provider”).
  3. Contact with the Service Provider: administracja@shipeiro.com.
  4. These Terms are the terms of service referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. They are made available free of charge on the Website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
  5. A User is any person using the Website.
  6. These Terms apply to the Website only. Use of the Shipeiro platform (the software made available to customers) is governed by separate agreements and terms.

§ 2. Type and scope of services

  1. Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services free of charge:
    • making the content of the Website available for viewing, including information about the Service Provider, its solutions and projects co-financed by the European Union,
    • a contact form for sending a message to the Service Provider.
  2. Using the Website does not require registration or an account.

§ 3. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Website you need a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. To use the contact form you additionally need an active e-mail address.
  3. Using services provided by electronic means involves the typical risks of the Internet (e.g. malware, phishing). The Service Provider recommends using up-to-date software and an antivirus program.

§ 4. Conclusion and termination of the agreement

  1. The agreement for the content viewing service is concluded when the User enters the Website and is terminated when the User leaves it.
  2. The agreement for the contact form service is concluded when a message is sent and is terminated when a reply is given or the correspondence ends.
  3. The User may stop using the Website at any time, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs.

§ 5. Rules for using the Website

  1. The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practice.
  2. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, in particular to send through the contact form content that infringes the rights of third parties, unsolicited commercial information or malware.
  3. It is prohibited to take any action that could disrupt the operation of the Website, including attempts to circumvent its security measures and automated submission of the form.
  4. The contact form is protected by anti-spam mechanisms. The Service Provider may limit the number of messages sent from a single IP address and may leave messages classified as spam unanswered.

§ 6. Intellectual property

  1. The content of the Website, in particular texts, graphics, the logo, the name “Shipeiro” and the layout of the Website, is legally protected and belongs to the Service Provider or to entities that have granted it the relevant rights.
  2. The User may use the content of the Website only within the limits of permitted personal use. Copying, distributing or otherwise using the content for commercial purposes requires the prior consent of the Service Provider.
  3. The marks and logos of European Funds programmes, the European Union and public institutions are used in accordance with the rules governing their use and belong to the respective entities.

§ 7. Nature of the information and liability

  1. The content of the Website is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The terms of cooperation are agreed individually in each case.
  2. Figures concerning the effects of Shipeiro solutions are illustrative and do not constitute an assurance that a specific result will be achieved for a particular customer.
  3. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Website operates without interruption and is free of errors, but reserves the possibility of technical breaks related to maintenance, updates or causes beyond its control.
  4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Website.
  5. The provisions of this section do not exclude or limit the rights of consumers, and of persons to whom consumer provisions apply, under mandatory provisions of law.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning the operation of the Website may be sent to administracja@shipeiro.com.
  2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details that allow a reply to be given.
  3. The Service Provider considers a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and sends the reply to the e-mail address given in the complaint.

§ 9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. The Service Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the law or in the scope of services available on the Website. The amended Terms apply from the day they are published on the Website.
  3. A consumer may use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. The Service Provider does not undertake to use out-of-court dispute resolution.
  4. Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
